Kimolos Island

Kimolos is located on the southwestern tip of the Cyclades, between Sifnos and Milos. It is 87 nautical miles from the port of Piraeus. The port of the island is Psathi.

The village, the capital of the island, has two settlements (Mesa and Exo Kastro). It is characterized by its genuine island architecture, with its white houses, beautiful bougainvilleas that flourish in the courtyards of the houses, the cobbled streets, the churches and the magnificent view of the Aegean Sea.

The island of Kimolos has to present a great cultural and folk history, with numerous monuments and settlements testify to the remarkable growth, both in antiquity and in modern course.
